Vinyl rec!okladka WINYLord ’25’ is the first folk vinyl production in the modern Polish music industry. A vinyl record is quite of a challange not olny for the technicla reasons but also from the musical point of view. This long-play has been produced in England by one of the best specialists in this field. On the record there is the music material from our jubilee CD ’25’, however, the quality of the sound from a vinyl record is unparalleld to any previous CD recording. It took us a long time and effort to prepare this vinyl production but the result exeeded our utmost expectations.

Carrantuohill “25″  is a long awaited, double album, which is the result of many years of the band’s work. The studio recordings are composed of beautiful, traditional Irish melodies in a very innovative execution and a number of new compositions by Carrantuohill.

INIS–is a telling about Ireland which we get to know from the musical side for almost 25 years now. All of the numbers included in the album are traditional Celtic melodies arranged and mastered by us in an innovative way. Irish reel`e and jig`I sometimes sounding like a reggae, blues, swing, pop and even rock. So that our Irish tale could get through to a wider range of listeners. We are convinced that this will happen because we were accompanied by a lot of special guest stars: Anna Maria Jopek, Anita Lipnicka, Stanisław Sojka, Kuba Badach, Fiolka, Robert Kasprzycki, Anna Chwieduk, Paweł Kukiz.

Between

Carrantuohill is the name of the highest mountain peak in Ireland, literally it translates to ‘The road up’.
